LG’s new Android device launched in Korea, LG G Pro 2

South Korean manufacturer has launched its new Android device in it’s home country, the LG G Pro 2. The expensive handset is available in all three major Korean carriers such as SK Telekom, KT (olleh) and LG U+. The new Android device costs 999,900 KRW in Korea (about $933). According to the report, the handset will be available globally stating March 2014.


The LG G Pro 2 specs includes a 5.9 inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixel, a Quad-core processor with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, 3070 MB RAM, 32 GB internal memory and expandable storage slot.

The LG Android device features a 13 megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash, 2.1 megapixel front facing camera and it sports a 3200 mAh battery. The G Pro 2 measures 157.9 x 81.9 x 8.3 and weighs about 172g.
